It's on irc.chatspike.net then /join #finale if you using mIRC or IRCle.
REALLY wonderful folks there; and it's great to chat real time with some users. It's been such a help for me.
Simon who runs the channel is a great host. And knows a lot about Finale.

If you don't know how to use IRC, the webpage does have a page for joining the channel, that makes it pretty easy.
