You don't need to feel like a dope -- we've all experienced similar
mental blanks. It's the Albinoni organ concerto. It's in triple
metre, so your note values are not quite right. I think it's in G minor.

It is similar but isn't the Marcello d minor oboe concerto slow
movement.
Could it be a movement from a different Baroque oboe concerto?
