I've run into that in very random (and thankfully sporadic) situations. I find
that simply hitting the * key resolved the display issue, but it was
frustrating. I have never been able to pin down any particular sequence of
events which could always reproduce the bug.
I am pretty sure the problem is that the notes have the tie end flag
checked. This happens when you delete the note with the tie start. It
shouldn't happen, but it does, at least occasionally, perhaps not always.
As I said, a pretty safe cure is to select all, check ties, then check
accidentals. This order is important, if you check the accidentals first
Finale still keeps the tie flags and nothing will change.
