Here are the settings I use for this. You can make adjustments to
your liking of course but maybe this will give you a starting point.
Document Settings>Fonts I set the Notation: Time font to
EngraverTime 72 plain
Document Settings>Time Signatures Under the "Vertical Adjustments"
section - Top Symbol .098 Bottom Symbol -.98

Time signature options to easily create large numbers across several
staves, or above systems.
