Not sure what you mean by measure mapping, but in case you are talking about correcting the measure numbering, this has become indefinitely easier in 2k6 where you can exclude measures from the numbering (measure attributes). This finally made upbeats, mid-measure repeats, hidden dummy measures etc so much easier.
