Again, this is taken from the autograph, and the autograph has these kinds of inconsistencies. Nothing unusual in heavily embelished music like this. Ever tried to count the note values in the embelished version of Corelli's sonatas?
As far as I can see the only composer who always seems to end up with the correct number of notes in this kind of movement is Bach.
