Your question is too vague to be answered meaningfully without a 
large amount of qualification. Without it, the answer is somewhere 
between 1 and 1,000 hours.

Instead of framing a clear question, you're asking other people to do 
your work for you by spending a great deal of time outlining the 
specifics that make for a meaningful answer. The specificity should 
be in the question, not in the answers.
