Kim specifically states that she and the publisher are both using a PC,
but she doesn't mention exactly how she is generating the ~.pdf files.
I don't know that any M$ OS has build in ~.pdf creation capability, and
I answered on the basis that the finale is being used to print to a
file, and the pdf is being created in a second step.
Is there a reason why Brennon Bortz (on a Mac) wouldn't use the
built-in PDF engine to make his PDFs?
I don't know, but my answers were intended to answer Kim's questions,
not Brennon's.
