Dell has *nothing* to do with it, of course. The question is *why* they couldn't open it. My guess is that you didn't name your file with the PDF extension, and the Kinko's staff were too brain-dead stupid to know how to open a PDF that doesn't have the PDF extension. A file is a file. You should be able to tell Adobe Acrobat Reader to attempt to open any file, no matter what the format, and it should attempt it (and give an error message if it's not a PDF file). -- David W.
