[Finale] Chord Question Again :)

Hi, Everyone - Another chord question for you!  This song is in Cm  
and the chord is spelled:

Ab - C - Eb - F - Bb - Eb
Would this be an AbMaj13?

The chord before it is an Eb.  The chord after it is a Cm.  This  
chord is kind of a "suspended" sounding chord that does not resolve.
