Hello all,
Forgive this bit of self-promotion but I think it may be of
interest to some:
For those of you who teach in or around the New York City area,
this is just to let you know that I will be available to give
Finale 2007 workshops/demonstrations for your students and
colleagues at your school this fall. These workshops are absolutely
free to you (MakeMusic foots the bill) -- you just need to provide
a room, a screen, and a laptop projector. I will demonstrate the
new features of Finale 2007, provide tips and tricks, and answer
questions. I try to tailor my presentation to the specific needs of
your students -- the workshop I give to jazz students is different
from the workshop I give to classical composers, or education
majors, etc.
If you are interested, please contact me off-list. By "NYC area," I
mean anywhere accessible by public transportation, including PATH
or commuter rail. Please feel free to pass this notice on to
friends or colleagues who do not subscribe to the list.
Cheers,
- Darcy
