Can't recall exactly when it occurred but it is over 12 months ago as far as I 
can recall.

Part of the "new image" concept.. there is even have a new logo.

Check out http://www.barbershop.org
but http://www.spebsqsa.org gets ya to the same place as well.

Just that some folks seem to love the orginal name. or
They have a lotta stuff preprinted with the old name and  keep using it.

Just out of curiosity, when did this happen?  I just saw a booth at the 
Lowell (MA) Folk Festival, run by the Lowell Barbershop Chorus, which 
featured the SPEBSQSA logo and initials.
