Yeah, Dell's got 'em, among others. Their basic dual-core 3GHz Xeon starts
at $1330.

3GHz Xeon, Windows XP Pro, nVidia 128MB, 1GB 533MHz memory (add'l 1GB
+$215), 80GB drive (250GB +$90), 48X CD-ROM (16X DVD +$80), no monitor. So
roughly comparable is $1700 or so. Darcy didn't say if it comes with a
monitor, but add $150 for 17-inch on up.
