Thank you for sharing your solution with us -- it will be interesting to
see if others run into the same problem.
If we do, then you should definitely send an invoice to MakeMusic, attn:
Accounts Payable and bill them for your time resolving the issue. If
nobody else runs into the problem, you simply ran into some ghostly
problem on your machine alone.
My copy is supposed to arrive on Thursday -- if there's a problem I'll
let you know.
