None of her CD I have has "The".
I don't know enough to justify using or omitting the "The", but I think you ought to do what you want.
I've noticed that libraries always ignore the introductory "The" when filing. I've always want to write a piece entitled (simply) "The" (no other words) to see how libraries would file it.
