Hi all,
I generated parts via Linked Part, FIN 2007 and found that they are set
to unfamiliar layout (System Margin, Page Margin, and Titles/Composer position, etc.).
Where are they from and how to change them?
Can they be set as system preference or documen-by-document(Maestro Default
Font or Jass Default Font)?
Thanks.
In the Manage Parts dialog, before you generate the parts, there is a button to define the page layout (page margins, system margins, etc) for the parts, so you can change it on a document-by-document basis. Things such as the Titles/Composer positions you would have to move around in each generated part.

You can set these things in an empty file you have opened from a template and save that back under the same template name so that your preferences would show up for any future documents opened from that same default document, or you could save it as a different template and leave the default as it is now.

To include the title and composer text blocks in new positions, you would have to set those for each part in the blank document before saving it as a new template, but once done they would remain the same for all future works you do with the same template since the parts would already be generated before you entered a single note (i.e. when you open the template to create a new document).

Thank you very much, David, I will follow your suggestion in case of starting a project from a template. But how can I preset those items when starting from Mestro Default Font in the Setup Wizard?

Use the Setup Wizard, which will result in your looking at the score as you told the Wizard to set it up, with empty measures (or with the default whole-rest for empty measures.)

Immediately go to the Manage Parts dialog and generate the parts (I don't know if the Wizard does this automatically or not, but that's easy to check simply by clicking on the Edit Part > menu item -- if there's a list of parts, then they've already been generated).

Then get the Title and Composer blocks where you want them.
