The link at the bottom of the quoted message will take you to a page
where if you scroll down you can click on the "Unsubscribe or Edit
Options" button and go to a screen where you can deselect the digest.
If you look in your messages from when you first subscribed, you should
have gotten a reminder e-mail which listed your subscription name and
password.
