Something I could not find (better, I was not
able to find) in the manual:
I have a bar with one note of 2/4 and two
of 1/4. (4/4 meter)
I want to split the 2/4 note into two 1/4
notes, actually re-spell the bar.
Does a plug-in exist for doing this without
typing all notes again? I ask this because I have an eight-part vocal score
where this case occurs several times.
I don't know of a plugin to do
this. But you don't have to retype EVERYTHING, just open up a Speedy Entry
frame, change the first half-note to a quarter by hitting 5, then insert a new
note in front of the other two. This should go fast, even with a lot of
measures.
The longer task will be getting the new lyrics attached to the new notes
(always a pain for me.)
