Hi Kim, If you're coming from 2005 or earlier, a new behavior in the program is that copying with opt/shift/click automatically brings up the "Items to Copy" dialog box, which is handy once you get used to it. Opt/click copies as before, without bringing up the dialog. Maybe that's the difference your student noticed.
