Generally, lyrics get priority under the staff, forcing other
indications above the staff.
But in the case of a cue, that priority might be reduced. What is the
other indication? If it was a pedalling mark, I would say move the
lyrics, but if it was a dynamic or hairpin, I might move those instead.
