YOu are correct that it's the Denkmäler der Tonkunst in Bayern, but that is an edition, not a catalog. However, many of the editions had catalogs printed in them. So, you need to find a library with the DTB (most decent music libraries have it, certainly NYPL does) and find the Cannabich catalog. I would expect that the New Grove article on Cannabich would tell you which volume the catalog is in. Also, keep in mind that there was an excellent edition of Cannabich symphonies from the StaBi that was published in the 90s (I don't have a bibliographic cite handy). There was a fine Naxos recording done from those editions by the Lukas Consort done in the 90s, and the music is just splendid. -- David W.
