I'm not seeing it as an attachment.

I'm seeing a two-part message:

Part 1
  plain-text version
  HTML version
Part 2
  Finale list footer

This is because your email client is encoding the message in such a 
way as to require the Finale list to append the footer as a separate 
message part.

Your message looks in my email reader to be structured exactly as 
Jim's are, and as the ones I send via OWA on the Exchange server I 
have an account on.

If you can turn off HTML encoding, it will probably fix the problem, 
because then you'd only have a plain-text part to your message the 
Finale software won't need to create a new section to append the list 
footer.
