I have studiously avoided programming for a long time, and know very
little about Finale plug-ins and how they are made. I like a feature
very much which is possible in at least two notation programs, Lime and
Harmony Assistant. In these programs it is possible to globally assign
to each combination of a pitch and an accidental a fixed pitch-bend
value. In this way, both historical and non-traditional alternative
tuning can be played. In Lime, this is done via a tuning table, in
Harmony Assistant, this is done via a rule. My question, then, is: is
this something that could be implemented in Finale via a plug-in?
