Very nice touch -- I would go along with that, especially if they added
to the question a warning, so it would read something more like:
Do you want to regenerate existing parts?
Clicking YES will eliminate any edits you may have already done to
existing parts.
Clicking NO will only create new parts for unassigned staves.
YES NO CANCEL
