Thanks for sharing that link, Mark. It has a lot of good information on other pages as well.
However, this is one lawyer's understanding of the law (probably very good understanding from what I read on the site) and of course judges and juries may differ from this lawyer's interpretations.
But he definitely seems very knowledgeable and it certainly gives fairly easy to understand explanations. His 10 Myths is a good read, also.
