I am not so sure this is the whole story. In my case I don't work on any
transposing instrument, but Allign-Move works sometimes, and sometimes
it is off by 60 EVPUs for hairpins. This can be changed in the plugin,
but usually the change only works for some time, and then I have to set
it back to 0.
This happened to me in one particular file I have been working on. It
does not include any transposing instruments.
