I bet you are having router issues.
Have you run 'traceroute'? You can use Terminal to run it, or Network
Util in your Util folder does it too.
Can you be more specific? Why would I run this, and what would it tell
me. Would it fix it?
Personally I think I am just blocked from the site at their end,
probably because someone who was using the same provider as I am,
misused it and they blocked it.

What ISP are you using? I will be glad to try to contact them to find
out what you can do to regain access. Are you subscribed or just a
casual user? Which e-mail address have you used if you subscribed?
I have no idea if they'll respond to a request for assistance from a
third party, but I'm willing to try. I am a subscribed member, so maybe
they'll be more willing to assist me.
You can e-mail me directly with the details if you wish so we don't clog
the Finale-list.
