Yes, that's it. But I think it's the *text* on the page that's
supposed to be hyperlinked, not the dot. At least, that's the way the
other items on the page are.

Yeah, that's true. Darcy, I was able to get it down to 5.7MB using
Acrobat's Reduce File Size command -- maybe this version could be
sent to Gary and Makemusic instead?
