it seems to be the viewing of the page, it prints out to 42x70, but i
can't SEE the longer page to work on it... and in any case, althyough
it prints out to the larger format, the page breaks occur at the same
place so there is just a bunch of extra white space at the bottom of
the page.
grrrr.
solution might be to make the format A2 (PDF), reduce the top-bottom
margins to almost nothing and print to 42x70 (paper) with vertical
centring.
