Another option not suggested so far would be to define all of your instruments as transposing (down a semitone though i.e. 415 but not 410 or any other intermediate pitch), viewing them at concert pitch. Of course, you will have to correct the extracted parts individually.
However, since synthesised instruments do not behave like real instruments, with an appropriate change in tone colour, is there any real point in this unless you want to play along.
