Hi,

Can someone please confirm this in WinFin07a:

1. In Document Options | Music Spacing, change your spacing width table or Reference Width so that a change in music spacing will be noticeable (e.g., double your Reference Width).

2. Select the Mass Edit tool

3. Select a measure or group of measures (Page or Scroll View, part or score)

4. Do Mass Edit | Music Spacing | Apply Music Spacing to Selected Parts/Score

5. Select some combination of score/parts including current score or part

6. Select Note Spacing or Beat Spacing

7. See that new spacing has been applied to *all* measures in selected score/parts, not just selected measures.

(The same is true with Time Signature spacing, but the effect can be harder to see, depending on settings.)

This is a real bummer, since this command is the only way that one can apply new music spacing to the score and all parts simultaneously. I discovered this working on a piece where I wanted a different spacing for one particular section, in score and parts. When I tried to apply spacing to just that section, I noticed that the whole piece changed.

Thanks,
Aaron.
