Ah. On occasion I've had the bass player playing a specific rhythm, but
that's generally something simple along the lines of [quarter rest, half
note, quarter notes tied, half, etc.] which I'll note with bass drum
cues, but I've never written anything so specific as to need more than
that. My charts tend to be more simple and workman-like than yours! I
have a feeling that if I gave my band anything too complex, they'd have
words about it, and as they're not getting paid for it, I have to listen
to them.
