Just use the contact info on the Garritan website. You may also want
to report this problem on the Northern Sounds forum, which is
monitored by Gary and Garritan lead programmer Tom Hopkins.
Again, the GPO instruments aren't working with the setup wizard
because Finale is looking for the Notation instruments and not
finding them, since they don't exist on your system. As soon as
someone can figure out a way to override the installer and force the
notation instruments to install, most of your problems should be solved.

The reason the slurs don't work for you is that you were unable to
install the Notation instruments. The Notation instruments use a
different MIDI controller for slurs than the regular GPO instruments.

Thanks. Do you have Gary's email? Or should I just use the
contact info on the website?
And do you know how I should set things so GPO auto-loads (as it is
supposed to) when using the Setup Wizard?
Here is what happens:
When opening a new Finale file, I use the setup wizard, and I see
both Finale GPO or the full GPO in the drop down list. But when I
get to the notation file, there is no GPO sound. I look in the
MIDI menu and see that "Play instruments through Native Instruments
AU" is not selected. I select it. (I tried saving this as a
preference, but the next new file still has this unselected.)
Next, I see that the AU setup has no Audio Unit selected.
Finally, when I select either full GPO or NI Kontakt Player 2 and
then press "edit," I get the respective players, but with no
instruments loaded.
I quickly have figured out how to get GPO to work -- but it seems
setup wizard won't do it.
