I cant' help you in your search, but I have left instructions that at my funeral a horn quartet, or if not possible, then any other available group or individual, should play "Nellie the Elephant" and that a five pound fine should be payable to charity by anyone outside the immediate family who doesn't laugh during the perfomance.
