  Yes, very easy.

  Right-click on one of the offending expressions, select Edit  
  Expression Assignment. Select the staff list, if it is not already,  
  and hit Edit. Add the new staff into the staff list definition. Don't  
  forget to consider the parts and the score columns. Hit OK, then move  
  on to other staff lists if you want. Just make sure that you SELECT  
  the staff list you want for THAT expression before you return to the  
  desktop. All the other expressions that share the staff lists you've  
  edited will now have the correct behaviour.
