so that the first page in a file defaults to a right hand side "page 1".
I think what Hans was saying was that it doesn't matter what page number
we call any of the pages, Finale will always count them from the start
of the file and print them right/left/right/left. So the odd pages of
the file (even if we assign even page numbers to them) will print using
the right-page settings.
