Next time, you might want HP. When OSX came out, my HP scanner no longer worked. I called HP. I learned they have no intention of releasing OSX driver for this scanner BUT offered me a newer model. All what I had to do was to send my old scanner after I received the new one. I paid nothing. Talk about a customer service!
