Just to stop a completely silly discussion: The quote is about PD works,
and only the scientific edition is given a 25 year copyright. Otherwise
there is no way it could claim a copyright at all, since it is trying to
reconstruct the original text, and that by definition is out of copyright.
The German law gives a copyright to something which otherwise would not
be protected.
