I went back and forth on that option for a while but eventually
concluded things were easier with it turned off. Even though it
means sometimes I have to move dots that I really do want adjusted
for multiple layers, I don't think it is any more frequent than the
dots that I need to put back to their usual home with the option
turned on. More to the point, with the option turned off, I always
know when I've got dots to move, whereas with the option turned on
they will frequently surprise me and sneak by the first draft.
