Worked great!
Thank you so much!.

I have been a bit frustrated with Finale Manual. I am a hard copy
manual person. When Fin 1.0 came out, I read all 3 volumes in my bed
for one year until I memorized everything. Can't do that with PDF.

So, I go Acrobat, search Unlink Chord against the Finale User Manual
directory, returns only one entry which explains only for Context Menu.
I just ran another query for unlink shortcut, which returns null.

Where does Cmd+Shift+L I can find, and what is the correct query for
this to be found?

I found it while reading about Linked Parts, and I jotted down the keyboard commands until I could learn them. This particular piece of info is on page 37-4. You could do the same thing with the Contextual Menu, and the keyboard command is noted right beside the Contextual Menu item so you wouldn't have to use the C.M. next time.

Maybe it was just me, or my computer was acting up, but this keyboard command seemed to be broken the first few times I tried it. It seems to work now though.

I have no idea how to find things, as I find the indexing is very bad in the manual these days. I hardly ever manage to find what I am looking for without a lot of searching, and I even know what a lot of things are named in Finale!
