I'm glad I could help. Now the question that pops into my mind is this: How would a person have to number that original first ending in a lengthy work which has many other pairs of first/second endings before the D.C. sends the player back to the original section? I can envision having to enter 1,7 or 1,13 or some such for a lengthy work.

Yeah, it's dumb. So we have a playback file and a notation file...
