It seems they don't at all, and that is rather sad. When you get
juvenile responses on a forum that the company runs....I'm not sure that
reflects well about the company. Or the fact that the company doesn't
seem to have any presence in the forums....
I would think this would be worth submitting a complaint to the tech
support personnel. MakeMusic is supposed to participate in those
forums, and I would hope they would be moderating them. What sort of
flames did you get?
I joined the forums a couple of years ago but I never visit them because
the level of discourse I was seeing was very uninspiring. And mostly
what people were asking (at least when I visited) were all questions
which showed they had no intention of even attempting to look in the
OLD. I saw nothing of particular help to me. This list is far more
knowledgeable and far more helpful, even if we do erupt occasionally
into personality clashes or argue over semantics.
