Set the transposition to be Up Octave, then use mass mover to transpose

an octave higher since that's the "display data."'

I am sorry, but I do not understand this, could someone please explain this in a bit more detail?
Thank you and best regards, Will

Will,

Staff Tool.
Double click the staff to open Staff Attributes.
Click Transposition>Select
Beside Transposition>Key Signature select Up Octave
OK

The staff is now set to transpose correctly. If the notes are appearing in the wrong octave, make sure that Document>Display In Concert Pitch is UNchecked, then use Mass Edit>Transpose to put the whole staff down an octave if necessary.

Playback should now be correct, or at least it will play back in the octave that you notated.

Christopher
