I'm the "someone," btw.
You know, Aaron, today I checked those three places, didn't change
anything as they were all letter size, and then printed a couple of
Win2007c files: One from scratch (identical to one that printed tiny
yesterday) and one medium-big project I did months ago that always
printed tiny. Both printed fine today.
Thanks for the advice - but I'm still wary of this thing. It's bitten
me in the rear too many times when I've gotten complacent. I'll see
what 2008 does - maybe this problem will be a distant memory, and I can
start "Adventures With Linked Parts" like everyone else. I've felt so
left out.

I don't think this is related to Barbara's problem. Someone on this
list had this exact same problem a while back, and I don't think
anyone was able to help him. It's not a question of settings, because
I think in both cases printing had been working fine and then
suddenly started producing postage stamps.
