Yes, some of us print it out.
you can always print from html pages, have you never tried?
Yes, but there have always been problems of pagination, right-hand text being
cut off, etc. Until I see my copy of 2008 and see how it is set up, I am
concerned.
With the PDF, I just set the options I wanted (duplex, etc.)in the print driver
and went away. When I came back, I had a manual printed out.
Let's hope that MM has adopted the tactics you describe.
