It depends whether you are using all of these time sigs in one piece, or just one per piece. If you're just using one time sig in each piece, you can use the first trick I sent earlier. You can still, for example, define the time sig as 3/4, set it to display as cut time, not abbreviated, and choose '3' as the cut time symbol.

But I suspect you want to mix all of these in a single piece. In that case, set the Top Symbol displacement to put the top number where you want it, and set the Bottom Symbol displacement to a very large negative number, so that the bottom number is forced off the bottom of the page.
