I use TGTools to generate cues, and it usually places them in Layer
4, altho you can specify another layer. Since I normally don't put
anything else in Layer 4, I just hide that layer when printing the
score. It's a kludge, but it does work. Maybe someone else will
chime in with a better way, and maybe still MM will address this,
altho I'm not holding my breath for that.

Until now, I've always created an entirely new score just to extract
parts. I was hoping this wouldn't be necessary with Linked Parts.
