[Finale] Patch-change volume

When using an expression to cause a patch change, the new patch will  
take on the volume set for that stave in the Instruments window.  
Example, writing for organ and starting out with a trumpet on the  
treble stave, with that stave starting out set at MIDI volume 81.  
Then using an expression to change to strings, the strings need to be  
at, say, 111. And of course if the trumpet is returned to, it needs  
to go back. What's the way to cause these volume changes when doing  
patch changes like this?
