[Finale] Human Playback problem

I have a file which I am trying to playback using GPO and HP. Everything 
works fine, but when clicking play the HP progress slows down to almost 
stopping at around 92%. From there it takes several minutes to finish. 
Has anyone else seen this? The whole time it tells me it is saving 
continuous data. I even deleted all continuous data, with no change.
