Take a deep breath.
You will have to edit the percussion map, which determines how notes
that play back on low C actually show up as somewhere else and with
different noteheads on the staff.
This is a very long explanation, so look it up under Percussion Map.
Just remember to click the button "Use these notes" or something like
that before you close the map editor, or nothing will work. I don't
know why the plugin didn't work for you. It doesn't work at all on
the Mac version, so at least you have that.
BTW, you didn't ask, but exactly notated drum parts are VERY
difficult to read properly. You are better off giving a one or two-
bar example and slashes after that with cues for punches.

I just successfully created a rhythm section for a lead sheet using
the
MiBac rhythm generator plugin. However, even though I selected
"Notation
with Percussion Map", it is notated wrong, as the notes are written 2
octaves too low and doesn't look like a drum set part. How can I
fix this
so that I get drumset notation? Playback is great.
